If you are a paying member and you can't log in, here is what you should do 1. Make sure you have the username and password correct. Username and Passwords are CASE SENSATIVE. So if there is a capital letter in either one and you type it lowecase, you will not be able to log in. 2. Firewall: I have Computer Associates Internet Security Suite. The firewall that is included with it prevents me from logging in. A couple of members have told me they had the same problem. So check your firewall. There should be a setting that will let you ALLOW specific sites. Set it to allow this one and you should be fine. If all else fails, disable your firewall long enough to log in and get your pick sheets. Then turn the firewall back on. No longer than this will take your risk will be negligible. 3. Anti Virus / Adware programs. Some of these programs prevent session cookies etc. You will need cookies set to ALLOW for this site for the log in to work correctly. In all cases with your AV/AW and firewall programs, please refer to your owners manual or customer support for your specific programs.
